Samrit Bharat is a brand of Bharat Everlast Private Limited, a company registered in New Delhi, India. This policy explains, in plain language, what information samritbharat.com collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

Partner sign-up form. If you express interest in partnering with us, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, city, your role (for example dealer, contractor, or builder), and an optional message. We use this only to understand who you are and to get back to you about partnership opportunities.

Contact form. If you write to us through the contact form, we collect the details you choose to share so that we can reply.

Page-view analytics. We keep simple, first-party counts of which pages are visited, the referring site, and the visitor's country. This helps us understand what people find useful. Our analytics use no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no advertising identifiers. We cannot identify you personally from this data.

That is the full list. We do not run a newsletter, we do not process payments, and we do not create user accounts on this site.

Form submissions are received and stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, which serves this website, and are also delivered by email to bharateverlast@gmail.com so our team can respond. Access is limited to people at Bharat Everlast who need it to reply to you.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for their own use. We would disclose information only if required to do so by law, or with service providers (such as Cloudflare and our email provider) strictly to operate this website.

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and to follow up on genuine partnership interest, and we delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose. Aggregated analytics contain no personal information and may be kept for planning purposes. If you ask us to erase your details, we will.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to erase it. Email bharateverlast@gmail.com with your request and we will act on it within a reasonable time. You also have the right to raise a grievance with us at the same address, and rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response.

This website is intended for adults: building professionals, dealers, and business partners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email bharateverlast@gmail.com and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle your information, for example, when we launch products, payments, or a newsletter, we will update this policy and revise the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be noted clearly on this page.
